Do you register our site on search engines?
We register your site up on request with AltaVista search engines which is spidered by Google. However, do not guarantee that your site will place in any specific order. We can also prepare a template for you to fill out that we use on our web site, but again we do not guarantee it will help your rankings. We ask for specific requests only because we do not specialize in Search Engine replacement and recommend hiring someone who does speciale in Search Engine Rankings Optimization. As with software design, we feel that search engine placement is completely different than our specialty of designing web sites and requires a third-party firm that focuses primarily on this feature. We will be more than happy to work with a third party firm in optimizing your search engine rankings, so please let us know if you have additional questions.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all new orders. Once you have established an account, we do not require deposits on future orders.

How do I get my files?
We will email you the final files once the design approved if you have logo or printed materials designed. In the event a file is too large for email, we can upload to our server for download within 1 month. If you have a web site designed, we can FTP to the host of your choice. Please contact us for more details.
